West Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia) Standard Delivery - RM7.00 East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) Standard Delivery - RM15.00 🆓Free shipping is available for single purchases above MY100(after discounts applied) for West Malaysia, and MYR180(after discounts applied) for East Malaysia.
- Currently we only ship to customers from Malaysia.
- All orders are shipped out from Monday – Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Orders are usually processed on the same day for purchases with confirmation of payment before 3PM. Purchases made after 3pm each day would be considered as next day purchases for courier purposes.
- Standard delivery takes about 5-9 working days in West Malaysia and 7-12 working days for East Malaysia.
- Delivery may take additional time during sale/promotion periods, holidays, and unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather events.
- After sending out your parcel, the system will send the tracking number to you through your contact email and update the tracking number.
- If the product is found to be insufficient in stock or defective during the process of preparing for shipment, our staff will notify you and confirm the shipment.
- We deliver all orders using our standard packaging materials. Any special packaging requested by customers is subject to additional charges.

- 订单在下午 3 点前确认付款，通常會在同一個工作日处理並寄出，15:00后的订单将在隔天寄出。
- 西马的标准配送时间约为 5-9 个工作日，東马則需要 7-12 个工作日。
- 在销售/促销期间、节假日和天灾事件等遇到不可预测的情况下，送货可能需要额外的时间，敬请见谅。
- 订单寄出后您会收到出货通知的Email，可在Email内提供追踪号码查询包裹的进度。
- 若是商品于准备出货过程中，发现库存不足、瑕疵等状况，我们将会有专人与您通知，确认出货事宜。
- 我们将按照我们的标准包装包裹交付所有订单。如客户要求特别包装均需额外收費。
